We're crazy when we're together. That's about it. On Friday we thought it would be fun to run to block buster in our socks.. and flipflops. It was pretty cute. We had a lot of fun. We also went to the store Wet Seal and got the same shirt!!! You will see us in the picture below, it is a plaid shirt hahaha. My birthday was pretty fun. My friend McKenzie made me a cake. My friends and I went into my teachers room and ate it! hehe. It was so funnn. I think tomorrow my family is going to Casa Carona and the new Cupcake Factory. It was really fun because I had never been there before when it snowed about three feet! On Monday we got snowed in for a while and we had to shovel our way out! But the snow was really good for our last day. First of all, Twilight came out here on Thursday at midnight.... since it was a Thursday and many of us couldn't go...... we went in Friday. It was the first day... and it was packed. My friends and I went at 5... and we're lucky we didn't go at 7:30 because the lines went out of the theatre. hahaha. we got lucky. Then on Saturday, we went to Maddi's soccer game, where she scored a goal, and went to eat dinner at Casa Carona. On Sunday we had church and I had the Stake Musical practice. Since we're getting new flooring, we pretty much have to pack up most of our stuff... I guess?. So me and my mom got rid of half the stuff in the toyroom. It was hard work... but it looks better i would say. Later on on Monday night, me and my friends Samantha and Mckenzie went to see the movie Bolt. It was sooooo cute. We all really liked it. And that's my story for the first part of my Thanksgiving break. Some parts were fun, some parts were boring, but there's still more to come! Well, we all thought the hike would be 12 miles, but in reality, the trail we had to end up taking to the beach added an additional 5 or so miles. So yeah, Half Dome all over again. But way more fun and not such a complete nightmare. lol. We hiked to a beach, (Waddle). The waves were good and the water was kind of cold but it was pretty fun. We ate mexican food on the beach that was pretty good too. We were supposed to get back at 8 at night, but as we all know, considering previous hiking experiences with our ward, that just wasn't going to happen. I wasn't surprised if we returned at 8 the next morning actually. BUT, no. We did better than that believe it or not. We got back to church around 11 at night. Utah was a blast visiting cousins and family. Before my family came to Utah we stayed in Nevada ( near las vegas) in a really cool hotel with a water slide, then we went camping for a day in Bryce Canyon. We went on a couple of hikes and saw a movie about its history. THEN.... we drove the rest of the way to Utah. On Tuesday, me, Wendy, Grandma, my mom, Maddi and Sky had a fun time shopping at the mall for practically the whole day.... hahahah..... then we had family pictures.Wednesday was Ty's birthday, and the family party. That was funn..... we had a bounce house and a water slide.... we played on that thing alll day. (especially sky and wendy) hahaha. Thursday wendy, brooks, my mom and dad, grandpa, maddi, and me went to the Abba concert outdoors. It was REALLLY fun. Dancing queen and Mamma Mia were the BEST. lol. i even got dippin dots... hehehe my fav!!! And Friday Grandma, Raquel, my mom, dad, brandon and Ty and I went to the conference center in Salt Lake to go to a concert with the Osmonds and the Tabernacle choir. That was really fun too. Afterwards we went to Smart Cookie where they put icecream between to actual cookies. lol. i thought that was pretty cool. and saturday was the big family reunion. "get up thomas" was there ..... lol. another fun day. me and sky were in the pool for like 500 hours after the games. lol. (exagerated) hehe. Well, that was a summed - up- version of my trip to Utah. She's my best friend and I love her. Our first journey together when we started to get to know each other better was when we hiked Half dome, Yosemite together the whole way. That was a challenge, I admit, but we helped each other accomplish it. Then we had the same drama teacher.... ( :P) ..... the same math teacher, and we were even in the same ward.. in fact... we WERE in the beehives presidency together. But now we get a break... which is good. lol.
